A small amount of theory, but mainly practical instructions for the partner dances that you're going to learn. All this, whatever your level, in an encouraging and confidence-inspiring atmosphere.

Filmmaking Workshop
1st part

10am to 1pm - facilitated by Chriss Lag, filmmaker

Ever dreamt of making a short film? Never had the courage to submit a film to a festival because it seemed too complicated? You've got a camera, a smartphone and material, but you don't know where to begin? This workshop will enable you to learn how to make and edit a film in just two 3-hour sessions.

Following the Garance (Belgian) method, the workshop combines mental, verbal and physical defense techniques to overcome fears, apprehensions to discover your own strength and power.

PENSE-BÊTES (WRITING WRONGS) Workshop

11am to 1pm - with Estelle Prudent

Based on her reactive-writing experience, which inspired her artwork in an exhibit also called Pense-Bêtes, the artist is offering a welcoming and caring place to write, where we can denounce oppression we have personally experienced (racism, sexism, homophobia) and empower ourselves through narration.

How to fight without using force

On the bases common to all martial arts, learning combat techniques which illustrate the fact that 300 grams can move 3 tons. The watchwords: intention, relaxation and breathing.

Initiation into burlesque stripping of leaves

4:30pm to 6:30pm - facilitated by Mlle Loison

An initiation into a sensual and feminist art with performances which are aesthetic, out of the ordinary and militant. This workshop will begin with a warm up and postural exercises, then dance and choreography, ending with a moment of exchange between women.
