Last farewell to the Kremlin.
At the thirteenth festival, 31 October - 4
November 2001, we said goodbye to the cultural centre Andre
Malraux, aka the Kremlin Bicetre.
It was a high turnout: 7186 entries to the screenings.
You came to see feature films like Chutney Popcorn and
documentaries like Out: The Making of a Revolutionary. (For the full programme
But the "must" of the festival was the party, very
hip and very well attended (over 600 women). We danced until dawn...
(Do you remember?) Perhaps this was why there was no one in the line
for the early films the next day.
And then there was the hispanicoprono lesbian documentary
to fire our discusions. What you missed it? Better not miss the next
one then!
