Textual play on the theme of the clitoris

The clitoris... such an enigma for so much emotion!
"The Robert dictionary offers twelve immediate synonyms for penis, while it offers only four for vulva, seven for testicle and none for clitoris.
Along the same lines, the verbs suggested by that same dictionary to designate sexual penetration are legion. On the other hand, if you want to describe a caress, you're going to need a fair share of lexical imagination." (Cy Jung, 2001)

How can you enjoy what isn't named? How can you write about what doesn't exist?
For two days, Cineffable's festival-goers will be asked to reveal the names they give their clitoris.
Those who participate in our textual play date will then be able to take hold of that abundance of clitorises (ooh! ah! aaah!) in order to... write? Tempted? Then come!

Initiation to Queer Tango
An initiation to Argentine Tango that sets us free of traditional roles. Each participant will be able to experience guiding her partner and being guided herself.
Discover the world of this little known and often fantasized dance this is actually more intimate and equitable than we imagine when we can move from leader to follower. Explore the tango as a dialogue between two people in which the common language is the body.
No experience in dance is necessary; only an open mind and the willingness to discover.
Come alone or with a partner.
This workshop echos the art exhibition Intimate Explorations.

Tantra for women with Sabine Sonnenschein
For the first time last year, Cineffable offered a unique initiation to tantra. Based on the success of this workshop, this year we are repeating it for those who were not able to participate and adding a second workshop for those who want to continue their exploration.
Tantra is an attitude towards life including practical exercises of breathing, sensing, opening, supporting the flow of energy inside you. It is a different approach to yourself and others, to sexuality and perception, to interaction. The powerful tantric exercises increase sexual energy and move it consciously throughout the body.
They allow you to gain knowledge of yourself and others making it easier to make contact and transcend fears of intimacy, as well as gain self-confidence. These practices increase your ability to listen as well as your compassion and respons-ability.

For women who have no experience with tantra and would like to discover it. An introductory workshop that includes theory and illustrating exercises.

Workshop 2 - Exploring Tantra
For women who already had an initiation to tantra. Use special conscious breathing techniques in order to meet yourself. Then, meet others and explore different qualities of touch.

Sabine Sonnenschein has been doing and teaching tantric bodywork in Vienna since 2006 and is a clinical sexologist (method Sexocorporel).
She has been trained in Kashmir tantrism and Kashmir yoga of touch, tantric full body massage, pelvic massage. She is also a choreographer and performer and has had a tantric approach to life since 2004.
She lives and teaches a fusion of a tantric perspective on the world and dance as a practice of life and has been involved with sensitizing the body since 1990, and Contact Improvisation for 26 years.
Sabine facilitates full weekend-long workshops on tantra and tantric massage for women in Vienna and Paris. As a choreographer she has produced 39 pieces.
Her philosophical pornografic film "heteronom 1" has been screened at festivals throughout Europe, including the first PornFilmFestivalBerlin in 2006.
Together with Brigitte Wilfing she organized the symposium "pornonom" in 2009 with lectures, performances, film screening and a lounge focussing on post-porn film.
